Brent has been the Director, Facilities of Terramera for nearly four (4) years and has worked closely with me in my position as CFO throughout that time, reporting to me over the last year or so. Brent is a great Director, Facilities. He cares for the Facilities like they are his own and guides his team with care. In his time with Terramera Brent has taken on and delivered on a number of big capital projects on time and on budget. Brent is highly responsive, even-keeled and pro-active. He knows when to act and when to seek direction/input making him a great, low maintenance direct report.
