 Coordinates the installation of electric meters, solar devices and green technology devices; leads a team of 35 across various functions (Supervisors, Electricians, Project Support Staff, Quality Assurance Staff, etc.)  Supervise work schedules, assign work and train junior colleagues, also ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations.  Manages the client process from initiation to implementation- investigation, definition of the strategy, remediation, administrative closure and preparation for Installation, certification and communication.  Recently supervised the installation of 3,500 prepaid metres for one of the electric discos (EKEDC) –performs inspections to ensure efficiency and proper functioning.  Defines the environmental strategy and work programs to be implemented with the customers, reviews the planning and execution plan for the mostly complex projects in relation with the experts.  In charge of on-site control of execution of project sites and compliance with our quality check and audit processes, ensures that all performed works complies with the ES & H guidelines and requirements and verifies compliance with the company’s legal obligations.  Plans and monitor budgets, and ensure effective implementation of budget for every project.  Creates and update of information in the organisational integrated management system and responsible for documentation management.
