Gemma is such a fantastic leader of people and would be an asset to any leadership team. Her knowledge of the FE sector and commercial thinking is second to none along with the most engaging personality! I highly recommend Gemma to any future employer.

I worked along side of Gemma for six months last year, at the time I was new to assessment practices relating to funded qualifications and to using e-portfolios. Gemma was a huge asset at the time due to her many years of experience working with training providers and clients based within the private sector. I can honestly say that any time I picked up the phone, day or night, Gemma was there to help me solve a problem or give her advice. Gemma also has that natural knack of supporting her learners in a way that is fun yet thorough and effectively time managed. I now consider Gemma to be a invaluable contact and look forwards to accessing increasing networking opportunities through the launch of Networking Success.

It dose not suprise me that Gemma has gone on to set up her own buainess, This is due to her resiliant approach to work, not only dose Gemma ask what you are expecing from her she will give you a solid foundation of what she expects from you, working with in the recruitment industry I have always found working with Gemma something that comes natural as she is a peoples person I am looking forward to doing business with Gemma again.

My role within Kaplan was Senior Assessor - I was brought on board to really dig the KPA brand out of a mass of mess in terms of learners being out of funding and I really did turn this around. I was responsible for around 300 claims of completion and I recruited new business to move the brand forward. I was responsible for the North West Assessors and the marketing.
