Provide planning and coordination of maintenance activities to minimize the down time of the system and to optimize the plant availability. • Instant fault finding, troubleshooting& preventive maintenance. Daily reporting & preparing of maintenance work schedule. Perform of Regular planned & unplanned maintenance. • Good working knowledge about Steam turbine & reciprocating 4 stroke engine operating system control and electrical distribution system with the Single Line Diagram of the Plant`s Power Generation & Evacuation System. • Ensure prudent, economic, safe operation of the plant with all ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OSHAS 18001:2007. • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant electro mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation. • Keeping the plant running smoothly in shift primarily due to extensive familiarity with process, equipment and various control systems. • Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance. • Reviews the operation of plant equipment and system constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problem in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
