I am the lead early childhood teacher for a Pre-K class at our Sheridan site. Our class is one of two in Yamhill County that works in collaboration with Willamette Educational Services District (WESD). While ALL Head Start classes are inclusive, these classes have an Instructional Assistant from WESD to give extra support to children on Individual Family Service Plan(s) (IFSP) and recieve special education services. The philsophy of our Collaborative Classes is that ALL children , regardless of their abilities, will experience success in a developmentally appropriate classroom. Show less
