  I was involved in the development of testing tools from scratch; through an extensive process that includes examining existing literature, secondary research, development of a hypothesis, pilot study, developing test items, standardizing the same, establishing reliability and validity etc. The work also involved communicating to various institutions the significance of our product, and its varied uses.
