Project manager in the North for Imerja, an specialist IT Services Provider. I managed a number of various project simultaneously throughout the project life cycle, and transitioned the projects into the main operations department. This included requirement gathering, scoping, planning and implementing, as well as managing engineering resource, and budgets with full regular reporting. Imerja also won the tender to supply and support the IT network for Alder Hey Children's Hospital, which I managed through to implementation. This was a large project with a budget over £1m As PM I was involved and managed the relationship between the customer and Imerja for the duration of the project, attending regular meetings with senior Trust project managers. I managed the implementation and Go Live weekend when the Hospital opened in October 2015, managing issues, bugs and other defects. Managing these to completion, including any temporary workarounds and final handover to operations.

During my time as a Change Consultant at Bupa I worked in the project team and eventually was a Project Manager for the last few years. I have experience working within the PMO office, Project Support and Planning.I worked on a number of large projects and have experience with Implementing projects and developing BAU processes.
