I provide spend data to Senior Managers on a monthly basis, which is used at the end of the year to see what resource is essential, for 2017 a 15% retainer reduction had to be communicated. • Risk management – I follow the Group wide risk approach to suppliers, I have an excellent understanding of Supplier Qualification System as well as working with BUCFs on supplier control tests to achieve green status.• Communicating the agency model – I communicate the agency model, show what they do and how the Agency Management team can help; I have worked on teamsite to create and amend the Marketing Hub and this year I reviewed all content and created pages within the Comms Hub.• Being part of the Marketing Transformation team – I organise team meetings, facilitated feedback sessions and have presented in front of the MT team.
