I would report to senior management, the client and run the contractors to ensure that all works where completed to spec, in time and in the correct order. After a very successful period, we managed to secure more work in VDSL, H12, HD Upgrade, ILC Copper, 512 and Second Dslam Of which my role changed to run all of these projects within my area.We continue to exceed our targets both financially and numerically to keep the client happy and the business profitable whilst ensuring Safety targets were also hit during a difficult period of lockdown with a lot of travel and movement restrictions imposed on our operatives.
