Created an Excel database of the various deficiencies and irregularities of the various types of turbine and compressor wheels. From this database the senior staff could deduce which type of turbine and compressor wheels need more machining.Assisted in the improvement of a current process within Honeywell that helped to reduce the machining of the compressor wheels which also decreased the waste.
