      I currently work as part of the Offshore Safety & Survival team at Fleetwood Nautical Campus. I Lecture/Train and assess in a number of disciplines including NEBOSH and IOSH courses and have successfully gained approval to run the International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas operational safety. I have worked predominantly within the Oil & Gas Industry training and instructing all aspects of Offshore Safety and Survival. (Helicopter transfer safety, Health & Safety (MIST), Sea Survival & Instructor, Lifeboats & Rescue Boat handling, 1st Aid & Seamanship). I have streamlined risk awareness and training requirements for staff within my campus to help manage the development of an advanced safety culture.
