  Oversee an emergency mental health inpatient program handling all facets of recruiting, hiring, training, supervising and compliance of policies and procedures. I work closely with a team of professionals, to develop and execute treatment plans, complete fast paced case management tasks and ensure the highest quality of care of individuals in crisis.
