Key Achievements Successfully project managing and launching the £4.5million redevelopment project at Ramsgate Leisure Centre which was the largest capital investment leisure project in the district for 35years. The launch of two distinct new businesses Feel Good Factory & Your Spa (Ramsgate) both of which have all their financial targets in year1. Our Feel Good Factory was recently awarded Toning Centre of the Year by Shape Master UK. Ensuring the successful integration of culture, process and service excellence across the group by troubleshooting specific sites through a focused approach on training, communication and aligning individual employees efforts with Corporate and Local goals. Most recently at Tides Leisure Centre resulting in improvements in financial performance (10%) and huge gains in NPS score (-45 to +20) over a 12 month period. Grown key income streams through a combination of outreach and focused marketing activity leading to significant uplift in swim school participants (200+) and membership revenue (25%) over the past 2 year period. Responsibilities Responsible for a mix of 200 part time and full time employees ranging in responsibilities associated with health and safety, maintenance, catering, customer service, coaching, operations, cleanliness and management and it's my role to bring these resources together to create a seamless & enjoyable experience. To create a service excellence approach to the customer experience through a focus on moments of truth, bottlenecks and pain points. To systemise and reduce staff improvisation through effective and ongoing training and leadership. The management of Health and Safety and Maintenance in a proactive and cost effective way.
