My experience with Mr Gautam I had a running problem with the Crompton fans which seemed to be never ending. The reasons/excuse given by service center was making me furious. That's when i searched LinkedIn and found Gautam. He immediately accepted my request and gave a patient hearing to my problem which i never expected from a very senior executive like Gautam. The problem was routed to his team and i got the call in next 30 mins and alternate fans were arranged to be dispatched. More over, Gautam followed up in the evening to ensure that his team had reached out to me. Within 2 days my issue was resolved. Many take always for me with this small interaction 1. Every customer is important - big, small does not matter. Hear the customer first. 2. Stay connect to customers irrespective of the position you are in. 3. Work with deadlines. 4. Leader is as good as a team - Sushil and team did a great work. 5. Trust - Gautam and his team never asked for any warranty cards or bills. 6. Last but not the least, accept the problem and resolve it. Don't beat around the bush. Industry does not matter.. IT or Manufacturing.. customer service is paramount.. Thanks Gautam. Leaders like you inspire trust in the products.
