Digitizing multimodal therapies for chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions using a biopsychosocial approach, that has shown strong evidence in the clinical setting, and bringing them into patient’s homes on the smartphone/tablet to breakdown access barriers. As Head of PC and Clinical Operations, I collaborate cross functionally with the Product, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Client Success, Care Delivery and HR teams. My key accomplishments are: » Launched the professional corporation and manage its expansion across multiples states » Created and implemented the PT state by state licensure acquisition strategy to increase licenses from 8 to 49 states in 6 months; spearheading clinical credentialing to gain in-network status with health plans » Operational Lead for a proof-of-concept study with a large Fortune 100 company.
