Maintaining database of the candidates, Manpower Headcount, Salary of the employee.  Break Up: Fully responsible for making the break ups of all the new employee.  Coordination with the Banks: Fully responsible for opening the bank accounts for the new employee and coordinate with the bank authorities regarding employees issues & salary transfer.  Recruitments: Handle recruitments for clients and internal employees also.  Payroll Management: Receiving payroll inputs from various locations, verifying accuracy against existing database; segregating and compiling information for contractual and non-contractual employees (where applicable) & salary preparation in coordination with Accounts department. Leave adjustment, Stop pays & stop pays revokals. Maintain & Update employee’s compensation details. Serve as the main contact for all payroll related issues.  Statutory Obligations: Oversee the statutory deductions – Submitting PF & ESI monthly challans, Labour welfare quaterly & half yearly challans to respective offices. Liaise with government officers like Labour Inspectors for applying licence under CLRA for clients. Maintenance Registers under CLRA for internal & external audits. Show less
