Prepare the GTAW & SMAW WPS-PQR-WPQ,Prepare the QAP as per NPCC norms. ONGC CLUSTER 8 , HRPI -III , NWIS-R - Prepare CS , SS , DSS , SDSS QAP as per ONGC Specification.NDT procedure , Proof Test , WPS / PQR approved as per ONGC Specification. HPCL- MITTAL Refinery – Prepare the Coating procedure for whole projects . As per the HMEL & EIL specificationprepare the EPOXY coating procedure. 98/2 KG DWAN ONGC – Supply the barred tee as per ONGC & DNV GL submarine pipeline specification. Preparethe MPS & QAP as per ONGC & DNV GL Specification for ONSHORE & SUB SEA specification.prepare the,WPS/PQR/WPQ , Proof test , NDT Procedure as per clients requirements. HURL BARUNI & SINDRI – Supply the SS , CS , LTCS fittings as per the HURL specifications Provide the , WPS/PQR/WPQ , Proof test , NDT procedure as per specification. GIGL MBPL Phase-II - Prepare the HYCS Flow Tees QAP , NDT procedure , WPS/PQR as per GIGL & EILSpecification.- I have knowledge in various Dimension standard like ASME B16.9 , MSS SP 75 , ASME B16.11 , MSS SP 95 , ASME B16.25 ,Also we have knowledge in ASME Sec IX , ASME Sec V , ASME SEC II , ASME Sec VIII.   I was worked with NIVITA ENGINEERING as a QC ExecutiveMay 2015 ToOct 2015. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Scope: Raw Material Identification /Final Inspection as per Vendor approved Drawing / Documentation / Quality Reports Verification/ Expediting with Sub Contractors-Vendors. IN COMING INSPECTION: • Inspection of raw material (Visual & Dimensional) • Verification of mill test certificates against applicable code’s specification. • Testing of inward raw material like chemical, PMI, Dimension etc. • Identification of raw material under third party inspection agency. FINAL INSPECTION: • Here my work is carrying out final visual & dimensional inspection of Weld visual , Nozzle position , Main hole position , Flanges , Dish end , cones as per approved Drwaing. • carrying out inspection reports of tanks like dimensional ( Circumference check , Nozzle position ckeck , Main hole check ), NDT etc. as per approved client’s Drawing under the witness of Inspection Agency / Client. • Take the Hydro test as per required test pressure & hold the pressure as per clients required holding time. Project : Atul limited Supply the Aniline SS waste water tank. - Check the dimension as per the the clients approved drg. Check weld visual . check nozzle dimension & it position as per approved Drg. Check the flanges as per ASME standard. Check The fittings as per ASME standard. Check dished as per relevant drawing . all the bevel end was check with LPT method , Welded seam was check by RT method , Rt Films reviews check the RT films as per Acceptance criteria ASME .
