 Independently handling Direct as well as indirect procurement.  Indirect procurement responsible for procurement of fabricated subcontracting items like machine chamber machine main frame structure Etc.  In Indirect Procurement, Responsible for procurement of Mechanical & Electrical Bought-out parts.  Handling overall procure to pay cycle(P2P).  Floating Enquiries to approved vendors (RFQ) for fabricated parts and bought out parts.  Share drawings inspection test plans project approved vendor list paint specifications to all subcontracting vendors.  Take break up quotations from various vendors.  Understand and arrange meeting for BOM Revision Report on weekly basis with Design Team.  Make technical and commercial comparisons, fill vendor master data and submit comparison sheet for approval.  Should cost estimation as per drawing and BOM by taking reference of red contract of raw materials.  Negotiation with all vendors for cost, quality, delivery (CQD) and payment terms.  Select L1 vendor, order finalization, take sign on working sheet from concern authority.  PRP to PO conversion, PO preparation in Datascan Clarity ERP according to budget.  Send approval PO to L1 vendor, take order acceptance (OA) note from vendor.  Follow up with vendor, weekly visit to vendor location for material status.  Material expediting material pull in and push out as and when required.  Ensuring output from vendors as per manufacturing plan scheduled. Reviewing and managing the schedule with vendors.  Keep coordination with QA/QC Department for inspection of material, design Department for technical queries, project Department for scheduled related issues, finance and account Department for payment and commercial terms, logistic Department for transporter arrangement, store Department for GRN etc.  To develop and maintain good buyer- seller relationship.
