      1. Live Grader related duties. a. Updating and keeping track of the daily productivity of the entire team of online graders (currently 70). b. Checking and addressing backlogs pending in the system. c. Delegating duties to members of the internal team as required on a daily basis. d. Collating the report sent by the QA team and discussing the necessary course of action. d. Providing feedback to the graders to maintain and retain the quality parameters. e. Keeping track if the graders deviate from the standard conventions set by the client and undertaking corrective action/measures following defined protocol. f. Maintaining frequent contact with the QA team and resolving confusions (if any). g. Resolving any conflict that may arise between the analyst and the grader.4. Scoring online hand-written and typed essays written by students at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate level.5. Imparting detailed feedback to students to improve their writing skills.6.
