  1. Live Grader related duties. a. Updating and keeping track of the daily productivity of the entire team of online graders (currently 70). b. Checking and addressing backlogs pending in the system. c. Delegating duties to members of the internal team as required on a daily basis. d. Ensuring that targets are met and backlogs are cleared EoD. e. Tracking queue, backlog and productivity details and reporting the same.2. Training new employees when required. a. Assisting in their due certification and creation of accounts on the client's portal. b. Keeping track of newly joined employees and providing frequent feedback on their quality of work/targets, etc. c. Assisting and rectifying any/all issues that graders may face regarding their work. 3. Checking the work done by other graders for consistency in maintaining the parameters assigned by the client. a. Delegation of duties, viz., assigning other analysts the total number of items to be reviewed by them. b. Checking quality and adherence to parameters by other Live graders. c. Collating the report sent by the QA team and discussing the necessary course of action. d. Providing feedback to the graders to maintain and retain the quality parameters. e. Keeping track if the graders deviate from the standard conventions set by the client and undertaking corrective action/measures following defined protocol. f. Maintaining frequent contact with the QA team and resolving confusions (if any). g. Resolving any conflict that may arise between the analyst and the grader.4. Scoring online hand-written and typed essays written by students at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate level.5. Imparting detailed feedback to students to improve their writing skills.6.
