One of the objectives of the MPUSP program is to improve the accounting and financial management systems of the ULBs across the state of Madhya Pradesh by implementation of ERP Product.The scope of the project was to implement SAP HR in the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: • Led the HR solutions implementation for a public sector corporation by analyzing business/functional requirements, performing fit-gap analysis and highlighting possible solutions for the payroll system while coordinating with the client HR Head Executive. • Assisted client in making functional/business decisions, reviewed and validated the specifications document with client process owners. Interacted with client in understanding system issues and worked with the technical team in providing solutions. Personally handled the go-live and data migration process for the HR payroll system. • Prepared the functional design of provident fund module and its integration with the payroll system and led a 3 member technical team thereby delivering the module to the client.Assisted in configuration of HR-FI integration for posting of payroll results. • Assisted the quality team by developing test plans and test cases for unit and integration testing. Interacted with basis and technical teams for tasks related to authorization and reporting structure. Created new roles and authorizations and assigned it to users for appropriate access as a part of SAP security.
