User voice is a charity who work alongside other service providers and organisations in identifying the needs of offenders and finding ways to support these needs, by providing a platform for the service users voice to be heard by multi professionals .User voice is also a great platform for ex offenders to give back to the community by their programmes which offer volunteer, as well as permanent positions within the organisation. This ultimately gives the organisation a wider insight into how offenders can be supported. This charity also gather information from current offenders and members of the public which is used in improving the service in CJS.
