I had the privilege of not only working with Gary in the same organization but as co-trainer as well. We were able to collaborate in delivery of our content so I was able to see his capability in delivering dry content in a manner in which the learners are engaged and actually enjoying it. He is quiet and observant; quick to suggest new ideas or takes on how to improve the lessons or environment.
