I had the pleasure of working for Gary at Genesys Conferencing for 3 years where he led the sales team as Senior Vice President of Sales. Gary's management style has always been approachable and fair with a sincere desire to understand the people he managed and the challenges he faced. Through Gary’s extensive knowledge in a constantly evolving industry and ever changing corporate environment, it was clear that his goal was to bring out the best in his people while communicating the high expectations he had for his managers and their sales teams. Gary was my mentor, coach and business partner during my tenure at Genesys Conferencing. He set the bar for excellence by possessing extensive industry knowledge, a good natured and strategic approach to building a talented sales and management team, and was equally comfortable in front of clients, the sales team or one on one. Gary’s ability to develop talented, driven and successful management and sales teams earned him a reputation for being the kind of manager people wanted to work for and with.

I had the priviledge to work with Gary for over 3 years in his capacity as SVP of Sales while at CSi. Gary has this unique ability to be able to set a strategic vision but also be able to see the details necessary to execute on the vision. He also was able to broker deals that were a win-win for both parties, so that goals could be accomplished but no one felt like they were on the losing end of any decision. Gary was also a great team player and always could be counted on to do his part toward any project that needed to be completed. While the economic envoirnment during his tenure was less than stellar, Gary performed well and his leadership style helped CSi over an extremely rough patch. I would recommend Gary for any Sales leadership position.
