Gary Chia is very supportive as the Project Manager for Youth Engagement. Gary assisted in connecting key stakeholders from the three areas; Corporations, Service Providers and Educational Institutions. Gary assisted in brokering partnerships between Service Providers and Corporations in co-creating mentoring opportunities for youths and then amplifying these through webinars, intra-school roundtables, nationwide marketing campaigns and the National Mentoring Summit. Gary also facilitates virtual Mentoring 101 workshops and works with partners to curate programmes with Mentoring SG for the benefit of mentors. Gary is a manager who has displayed exemplary communication skills. Gary is able to respond in a manner that is both considerate and clear. Gary, as a manager, also cares for his employee's health and mental well-being and is a very understanding manager.       Mentoring SG is a ground-up national movement launched in December 2022 in partnership with the National Youth Council. It aims to foster a culture of mentoring in Singapore and increase accessibility to mentoring opportunities for youth. As the Partners' Enablement and Quality Lead, I played a key role in connecting and empowering stakeholders from three crucial areas: Corporations, Service Providers, and Education Institutions.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement: Conducted listening exercises with 3P sectors, schools, and students to gain insights into the existing mentoring landscape. Leveraged these findings to establish partnerships between Service Providers and Corporations, co-creating mentoring opportunities tailored for youths.Partnership Development: Collaborated service providers and mentoring organizations, exploring opportunities for collaboration. Forged partnerships with corporates and initiated discussions to identify potential areas of synergies.Amplification and Outreach: Orchestrated various initiatives to amplify mentoring efforts, including webinars, intra-school roundtables, nation-wide marketing campaigns, and the National Mentoring Summit.
