  * Full-time role as part of the Equality and Inclusion Framework of the Trust, developed following initial secondment and positive reception within the Trust.* Creating, overseeing and advising five Staff Equality Networks including LGBTQ+, Black Asian and Minority Ethnicity groups and Disability and Long Term Conditions.* Influencing Trust decisions with feedback from Staff Networks as well as Equality and Engagement Champions; staff volunteers recruited to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion as well as staff wellbeing.* Introducing and providing dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training across the Trust. Including bespoke sessions for LGBTQ+ Awareness, White Allyship and Sensory Awareness.* Working in partnership with other NHS Trusts and local organisations to share good practice and develop new projects and resources to improve our offer to patients, carers and staff.* Working as part of CQC and EDS2 action plans with both senior and patient facing teams.
