With forty years of experience in the airline catering industry, CPCS is renowned as a reputable caterer especially having moved into its state-of-the-art facility at the Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok. CPCS produces more than 45 types and approximately 90,000 pieces of baked items, including 28,000 pieces of assorted bread and 36,000 pieces of soft rolls. About 26,000 croissants and Danish pastries are also made fresh every day in-house.
