I worked with Gary Wiesner in the development of a prototype of an assembly of molded parts. He helped us to develop detail design features that could speed up mold development without affecting part performance. The end result was a design that met all the requirements of our original design but could be rapidly developed for manufacture. We were able to do these things because of all the things that Gary brings to the table: • Molded part design skills • Extensive experience in mold design and development • Extensive rapid prototyping experience • A thorough knowledge of materials • The ability to communicate effectively between American customers and Chinese mold designers and builders All of the above traits combine to make Gary a very effective manager of products and mold tooling. It is a pleasure to work with him.
