I was responsible for travelling to multiple contact centres in the North East and training hundreds of staff members on a weekly basis. I organised, arranged and implemented training sessions on Samsung products. To ensure I provided the best in class training, I focused on weekly return on investment schemes whereby I liaised with operations managers in the contact centres and checked sales figures to see if my presence and training content effected the staffs productivity.
