Working as part of the Service and Support function, I was responsible for accurate service and rental billing to accounts assigned to me which included key accounts from various sectors. My key objective was to provide invoicing that met both customer and business needs and to ensure that all of my customers had a consistent and positive experience of Canon for the duration of their contracts.
