I work with a caseload of unemployed induvial with multiple complex needs and skills barriers. I provide the support necessary to enable the customer to progress into further learning and sustained employment. Responsibilities: • Complete comprehensive inductions with clients which lead to an informed personalised training and support plan. • Deliver information, advice and guidance that meets the needs of each individual participant through regular appointments. • Help participants overcome their skills barriers by referring them to various skills and training providers. • Pro-actively challenge and support customers to ensure they remain engaged. • Develop clients’ skills and measurably move them closer to the labour market. • Accurately recording information, appointment details and progress on internal IT systems. • Supporting individuals by helping them find and apply for work through 1-2-1 sessions.
