Gary had to lead a difficult series of negotiations as HR Director during a time when Redcats were significantly reducing the workforce. I realised, as a staff negotiator, that Gary was a strong negotiator who was determined to deliver the end result for the business. He has significant experience in this field and an obvious mastery of the legal frameworks involved. I knew, however, that I could trust Gary. Once we had reached agreement then he would abide by that agreement.
