After laying out of school for the summer (well, actually 30 summers... ), I decided to pursue a Master of Urban Planning degree. Much of what I've been doing the past several years has been in the area of planning and I have certification as a Professional Transportation Planner, so it only makes sense to add the formal education to my foundation. I earned my MUP degree in December 2020. o Electives included: Disaster Recovery and Hazard Mitigation, Environmental Planning Administration, Urban Public Transportation Planning, Designing Sustainable Transportation o Invited guest lecturer, Urban and Regional Studies Capstone course; Topic: Introduction to Railroad Quiet Zones – Process Overview and Discussion o Master’s paper (non-thesis): Considering Modern Roundabouts in Planning for Community Resiliency Show less
