With each challenge that Gary faced, he would always have a solution to the problem and set goals. Gary has also proven to earn the respect of his team. He worked on a large property that was short staffed, not being able to afford that extra person. Gary was great at keeping his team motivated merely by proving that he was willing to work hard right along their side. There should definitely be more managers like Gary! He will be a tremendous asset to anyone.
