I was Gary's line manager at ESG where we worked together on a number of W2W and Skills Contracts in the North East. Gary was a key member of my team, he was extremely motivated and produced some excellent work, performing to a very high level. One of his key skills is the ability to identify key areas of improvement and implement changes accordingly and effectively. Gary developed excellent stakeholder relationships, generated key new business and employer links to benefit the business and worked brilliantly with his colleagues and member of the SMT.

Geon isn’t just another recruitment & training company. We focus on the highest quality service for both candidates and employers. We challenge the stereotypes around what entry-level employment is supposed to be and highlight the issues surrounding unemployment. Everything relates back to promoting training and employment opportunities for anyone who may be struggling, no matter their background, qualifications or circumstances. We care about building great relationships. We also care about growing our business. But, for us, it’s not just about revenue and sales. We are passionate about recruiting, training, and putting people into work. As a family-run independent training company that not only cares about clients but actively campaigns for creating opportunities for anyone who needs our help. Show less

Here at NGTC Training, our aim is simple: we want to help both businesses and learners in the Stadium Event and Hospitality Services sectors advance; through the tailored provision of our training and apprenticeships programmes. But what makes us different to other training providers?Let’s face it without the right skills for the job, any employee will struggle to perform their responsibilities so we start by applying this logic to ourselves by employing only high-quality, industry-experienced staff who will work with you to identify your training needs whether you are a business or employee. Our staff are great at building up strong links with employers in the industry. This means that we not only hold the educational training and apprenticeships knowledge you need but also the knowledge about your industry. Having the two means we are perfectly placed to match the right skills and training to each individual business or learner. For companies, that means we’re here to help you as employers understand the requirements of your business. With this understanding we can then work together to identify the skills you need in your employees to fulfil these requirements. Similarly, we help you as a learner identify what it is you want to achieve in your career to enable us to provide the training you need to do so.Training is the key to developing skills but we understand it can seem a bit daunting to sit in a college environment to do your training course. All our training is provided in a relaxed and friendly environment conducive to learning and enjoying it! Show less
