Managing the design of Council owned property at Abbott Rd, Artarmon for a seventy-eight place childcare centre from initial design development to Development Consent. Project managing Councils interface with the proposed TCN 9 development, including site consolidations and land swaps. Development of Council’s Artarmon Property Strategy, which reviewed Council-owned assets within the Artarmon in relation to their strategic alignment with the future needs made long term recommendations in relation to how property can be better utilised to meet the future needs of the community. Assist with the development of Council asset management plans in accordance with community requirements and long-term financial plan.
