I had the pleasure of working with Gary as the exclusive HR liason with Finance on the company's deferred compensation plan. I was highly impressed with Gary's thorough and complete understanding of not only C&W's deferred compensation plan (which is tricky) but his overall knowledge of deferred compensation, stock markets, indices, investment strategies and reporting systems. When a problem arose or an opinion on an issue was needed, Gary was the one with the correct and quick answer. Gary was always the company's "go to person" governing the plan. Gary would be an asset to any company's human resources department.
