We design and built small advanced wastewater treatment plants using MBR technology. I designed packaged single skid ultra filtration plants in 10,000, 20,000, 40,000 gpd sizes. I also designed a small but extremely high capacity drum screen with only one moving part and many unique features. I also developed a pressurized screen that eliminated the explosion proof room required by a drum screen. Within our plant I designed the shop layout and process, brought in CNC machining, and developed multiple plastic welding and machines to produce HDPE piping systems.

Because I have an extremely broad skill set I did industrial membrane based waste treatment plants mostly on my own. I designed the process and the equipment, supervised construction and installation, programmed the control system, started the plant and trained the operators. I also provided after sales support of all the projects that I did. Because I have an extremely broad skill set I did industrial membrane based waste treatment plants mostly on my own.
