  Gary has more than 30 years experience in valuation assignments in respect of commercial investment properties, industrial properties and special projects. He joined the JLW Group in 1987 and was an Associate for JLW (VIC) Pty Limited from 1990. Before joining JLW he held senior positions at the Victorian Public Service with the Valuer-General’s office. Gary primarily undertakes valuations of investment properties particularly CBD commercial buildings, major industrial and infrastructure properties and investment car parking stations. He has specific industry knowledge in major industrial, investment and portfolio valuations and co-ordination. Gary also has specialist national valuation experience of international and domestic airports, port terminals and car parks Gary developed the Corporate cell for JLL Valuations and Advisory which provides advice to national and global publicly listed companies. Rental consultancy and major rent reviews for office space and car parking licence agreements have complemented capital valuations. Major portfolio valuation and co-ordination have been undertaken for clients such as DP World Australia Limited, 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd, CSR Limited and Rinker, Bayside Health, Box Hill Hub hospitals, RVE&E and Peter MacCallum Hubs, CSL Limited, Amcor Limited Global properties, Nufarm Limited, National Australia Bank Limited, Goodman Fielder Limited, ANZ Bank Global Properties and DOFA Overseas Portfolio, Coca-Cola Amatil Limited, Ridley Limited, Brambles Limited Global properties and National Foods Limited.
