Primary business was local corporate and SMERFS with strong winter leisure occupancy. Hotel required extensive renovation which was cancelled due to the parent corporation’s financial condition. (Brock Hotel Corporation had 50+ hotels in its portfolio, nationwide. Unfortunately Brock Hotels ceased operations in the 1990’s.
