  At Peter Cox I carry out remedial surveys of properties to include wall tie corrosion, Fungal decay and insect attack of structural and non structural timbers, all dampness issues with properties, Below ground waterproofing, Structural timber replacement. I also oversee the management of our technicians when carry out the above works. in 2012 I was awarded the CSRT Student of the Year award by the PCA. I also completed CSSW qualification in the same year.
