During our time in the Merit America IT Support program, I had the pleasure of working closely with Gary and was consistently impressed with his exceptional understanding and experience in working collaboratively within a team. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and his insight and suggestions helped us to better understand the concepts we were learning. Gary also demonstrated an excellent understanding of customer service concepts, which he shared with the group during our meetings. His ability to effectively communicate these ideas to the team was greatly appreciated and helped us all improve our approach to customer service. I have no doubt that Gary's exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills will make him an asset to any team or program he joins.
