Provided Project Management Services for the Implementation of the Company’s strategic annual Cosmetic Merchandise Wall Re-set to represent new department subscriptions featuring a major celebrity merchandise roll-out of existing stores throughout the nation. This was a $10,000,000 re-merchandising program. • Coordinated and managed a team of eleven Store Planners and Plan Auditors in the successful merchandise reset of over 7000 existing Walgreen Stores. • Effectively communicated and distributed Project Status Reports to the Program Manager, conducted Planner performance reviews, coordinated the team’s contacts with Store Managers in confirming the existing merchandise locations, tracked project process, oversaw the team’s daily performance and the merchandise downsizing and move adjacencies in the completion of the project. I was responsible for all team and project related functions. • Utilized the computer programs of AutoCAD 2010 and Microsoft Excel in documenting and distributing the reset Information to the project stakeholders and ultimately to Walgreen Customers.

Key Accomplishments: • Completed over 80 corporate Interior office tenant improvement build-outs ranging in area from 2000 SF to 26,000 SF and 2 new office building ground–up projects. • Gained valuable experience in the production of over 12 major multi-family residential renovation projects and 8 Single Family Homes throughout the Chicagoland area. • Developed, reviewed and sealed permit sets as the only licensed architect in the firm. • Developed the firm’s computer filing systems, interviewed & hired staff, wrote employee critiques, wrote project proposals and helped establish company’s fee structure. • Oversaw development of As-built plans for interior Suites at the John Hancock Center and established leasable area calculations based on BOMA (Building Owner & Manager Association) Guidelines.
