• Locate plume form leakage, remove contaminated materials. Prepare HazMat for transport to proper handling facility. • Set pumps, run piping • Filter contaminated water. Sample potential spill areas, locate plume, remediate by either on site or shipping to processing plants. • Prepare existing piping to allow the use of an Invista Intelligent Pig. Use Hi-Lo gage to insure proper alignment. Pneumatic and hydrostatic testing to insure integrity of modifications. • Set and connect Frac Tank for collection of contaminated product. • Pigging (foam, wire brush, scraper/magnet/guage, and intelligent) lines to determine condition. • Track pig with Wave Track, and Above Ground Marker. • Apply protective Epoxy coatings. Assemble Bell & Spigot piping • NDE weld testing and inspecting, mag particle, dye pen, vacuum box. • Install and program Grundfos pump and controller. • Build or modify equipment to task at hand.

• Achieved a 76% reduction in spot generation, with an estimated annual savings of $8M. • Oversee the operation of 441 diesel powered electrical generators, totaling 65 Mega Watts. Supply power to 10,250 personnel in 18 FOBs and COPs in the Task Force Bastogne/Bronco/Mountain Warrior AO, spread over 4000 sq. miles in north eastern Afghanistan. • Monitor, maintain and train 93 employees representing a dozen nationalities and as many languages. • Install, maintain, and operate a fleet of 113 generators on FOB Fenty, totaling 7.5 MW. Historically maintain an Operational Readiness Rate of over 98%. Design, install and maintain remote fuel systems. • Diagnose electronic, mechanical and computerized system control failures and effect repairs on same. • Read parts and order parts and materials for both corrective and periodic maintenance requirements, using Fed Log, Maximo, Compass databases. Use parts manuals supplied form various manufacturers. • Effectively organize, and communicate HSE policies and procedures, along with scheduling work assignments to co-workers, of various nationalities, and levels of proficiency in the English language. • Evaluate generator/power grids and design recommendations to optimize performance, and reduce fuel consumption, to include redistribution of power, and construction of new grids. • Proficient in a wide variety of computer programs including: Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Lotus and Adobe. Apply these skills daily to create and communicate reports, assessments and design concepts. • Work side by side with ISAF and numerous other Military units, to assure their requirements for Power Generation are continually and safely met, to the highest standards. • Received training as a fire warden, fire marshall, and in Hazardous Waste Accumulation Point operation.
