Good person to have when you encounter a major problem he'll be the person to fix it.

Michael Shay

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Gary, who I have found to be extremely competent and enjoyable to work with. Gary has shown to be very innovative, dependable and extremely knowledgeable of all makes and models of Power Generation equipment and Automatic Transfer Switches. His troubleshooting skills and repair capabilities are of the highest caliber. He proved to be an outstanding Maintenance Technician and leader by teaching and sharing his knowledge of Generators with fellow mechanics. He consistently displays a remarkable ability to cope well in high stressed situations. When given a short deadline or important task, he performed it with great confidence and efficiency and always completed the task in a timely manner. Gary is an exceptional technician, leader and person. I am confident that he would continue to teach, motivate and perform to the highest of his ability in whatever endeavors he seeks. He would be an intricate part of any company, not only as a Technician but as an honest, committed leader.
