Took over the Interactive Communications team shortly after it had been created and led it through the beginning of Phillips emergence into the internet. The team handled broadcasting all of the companies E-letters, Special Offers and Sales by way of email, another part of the team was in tasked with handling all of the customer questions that these emails generated, as well as any customer or potential customer questions or concerns. The challenge was to manage the number of emails as they increased and more and more of our customers started to feel using the internet, without sacrificing both turnaround time or losing sight of the care the customer expected.
