Started at P&R in 2011 as a trainee tool setter. Over the years I have grown with the company into production supervisor. Also held position in the toolroom repairs department to enhance my knowledge of the injection moulding process.From there I accepted a position as Technical Production Engineer as the buisness moved sites. Here I worked with tool setters and technicians to set up the moulding department and in particular oversee the manufacture of automotive products in the technical cell. Experiences gained in setting up process control systems and quality monitoring systems.Moved into first steps of Leadership/Management in 2017 as a Production Supervisor. Responsible for production output on 45 IM machines. Direct reporting team of 16 staff from setters to service team, indirect reporting team consisting of team leaders and operators across the production facility.Day to day management of all manufacturing processes, people and systems.Full understanding/implementation of Role and Responsibility, clearly defined for individuals to measure and track their own performance measures.
