Gary worked in the IT function which I led at Catalyst. During our shared time together, which included a really tough Covid, Gary was a genuinely safe pair of hands. He kept a lot o f the business experience stable, during the pandemic, following a major merger and during some transformational change happening around him. This was a great achievement on its own, however he did so with a smile on his face his customary good sense of humour and basically just got in with it. I know he will be an asset wherever he lands.
