In the time I have known Gary customer service has been a priority whatever role he was employed in. Efficient management of project orders has saved both the company as well as our customers resources and therefore dollars. Moving into a external sales role, Gary kept customer service as his number one priority which led to a better relationship with his customers and increased sales. His extensive product and internal systems knowledge has also been a great asset to him in his roles.
