Successfully delivered the December Release for the Barclay's Investment website. This was only after 5 months in post. Delivered the February release of the Barclays Investment website that will allow the sale of Structured Products, introduce Key Investor Information Documents, integrate with the new Barclays online banking platform and ensure our website is ready for Tax Year End on 5 April. Delivered the cookies upgrade so that the Barclays Investment Online website is compliant with the new Cookie Regulations that came into force on 26 May 2012. I have also delivered the Key Investor Information Document onto the site to meet these regulations that came online 30 June 2012. Support a new programme during the start up phase to enhance an Investment platform functionality over the next 18-24 months. Awarded the Barclays Change Delivery Q1 award for Project Management Excellence. Delivered the new Barclays Homeowner smartphone app available to Apple and Android customers. This customer launch was delivered ahead of the initial plan, managing a project team located across both UK and offshore. Budget total was £6 million pounds. Feedback by users on the app has been excellent. The project was also awarded an internal Barclays ‘Oscar’ award for collaboration and delivery. Project successfully handed to BAU and closed down.
