I am responsible for identifying, negotiating and implementing additional revenue opportunities by building the relationship within every aspect of each customer site, from order processing to the point of distribution.I liaise very closely with various departments within Yodel to ensure the best possible solution for Yodel and the customer is achieved. I negotiate the renewal of sales agreements, additional IT solutions and collection processes as well as the day to day managing of the account by handling queries and issues raised by the customer.
