I run a team of 15 individuals, functions include, Client content and Platform Onboarding, QA testing and Product Workflow development. I am the lead technical manager working on a project to provide end to end digital media archive, restore, process and delivery services for two large international media content owners/distributors resulting in supply to over 200 VOD/OTT and TX platforms. This project requires a base build in terms of hardware, software and logic for wf design to cover for ingest, processing and delivery of a set of Mezzanine assets created from random source assets. The teams I manage are spread across three continents. The product, once finished will be one of the most comprehensive offerings within the industry sector. I have managed and contributed to the production of a full end to end Ingest and delivery workflow that can support all sectors of the industry form VOD to DPP TX Whilst this is a live project I also manage the team to support daily production services.
